Bali discovered (Bali découverte) deals with to you as of your arrival of the airport until your departure. Your international flight is not dealt with by Bali discovered (Bali découverte) the tariffs includes/understands transport during all the duration of your stay, driver and English-speaking guide, the nights in the hotels of various categories chosen by your care, and the activities (watery, cultural….) being reproduced on the final estimate for which you will have given your agreement.

The prices include/understand:

The transfers airport (arrival/departure).
The nights of hotel with breakfasts.
The hiring of your vehicle and petrol.
Your English-speaking guide.
Your driver.
Entries of the sites registered with the program (final estimate).
Spectacles or cultural activities registered voters with the program (final estimate).
Sports activities registered with the program (final estimate).

The prices do not include/understand:

Meals of midday and the evening.
The expenses of changes of trip emanate from your share.
Activities or visits not registered with the program.
purchases of memories.
Tips.
The airport taxes 150.000 RP by anybody approximately 15 US$ at the time of your departure.

Purchaser:

Any person who buys one or of the services with the organisator

Insurances:

At the time of your stay no insurance will be included/understood in the prices of our stays, we advise you to regulate your ticket fly by bank card, it gives you right free to an insurance which covers you at the time of your stay (ask information your bank).

Activities:

Certain activities of full air offer insurances at the time of the activity (Rafting, Snorkling…..). The activities can be removed for climatic reasons (rain, wind….), for an insufficient number of participants for the realization of the activity. The organisator could not be held for person in charge.

Modifications of the hotels:

They may be that for reasons independent of our will, we are brought to change the hotel mentioned in the estimate, between the moment when the estimate is sent and the reception of your installment, this mainly for reason of indisponibility without this modification not constituting a breach of contract.

The organisator engage required to purchaser a hotel in the same category and of equal quality. No compensation could be required by purchaser. We thus advise you to reserve a long time before especially in period of tourist season (July, August, holidays of Christmas and New Year’s day) to obtain the hotels of your choice because some comprise only some rooms; and to reduce to the maximum the time enters the good for agreement of the estimate and the payment of your installment.

Cancellation policy/Refund:

Any modification or cancellation must be made within fifteen day before the arrival date envisaged. The organisator refund prepayment of 30 % only for serious reasons (civil war or epidemic recognized by the authorities proper and preventing the entry of the indonesian territory ).

- The maintenance of 15 % of prepayment versed will be valid during one year, starting from the date of stay envisaged before cancellation.

Cancellation under fifteen day until the arrival date for tour or one-day hikes involves the loss of the received deposit.

Guarantee:

The organisator could not be held responsible in the event of difficulties

- With the services of police force or customs.
- In the event of loss or of flight objects or monney.
- In the event of possession or use of prohibited drugs (see chapter dopes).

Complaint:

Any complaint will have to be transmitted to the organisator by mail recommended, accompanied by supporting documents within 30 day. The organisator assure you to answer as soon as possible after investigation of our share.

Payment:

The payment of installment of 30 % of the total amount of the stay after acceptance of the final estimate will be used for the reservation of your hotels. The payment is required the latest by 30 days prior arrival.

By international transfer

NB: The expenses of international transfers are with your load.

The balance of your stay will be to regulate the first day of your arrival.
